Lex is a founding Director of RF Test Solutions and is also a full time staff member with overall responsibility for the company's strategy and direction.  Lex has over 30 years Engineering and Sales experience in the New Zealand Electronics and Test & Measurement industry.  Prior to forming RF Test Solutions in 2001, Lex had held business management positions with companies including Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard and Philips.

Sharon is also a founding Director of RF Test Solutions and is a full time staff member with responsibility for all financial and HR matters including accounts and order administration.  Prior to forming RF Test Solutions in 2001 with Lex, Sharon had an extensive background in the Electricity & Energy sectors of the New Zealand Government.

Neil heads up our sales organisation.  He has over 25 years experience in the high technology test, measurement and networking industries based in the UK and Europe.  Prior to joining RF Test Solutions, Neil held sales, marketing and business management positions with JDSU, Agilent Technologies, Tektronix and Hewlett-Packard.  

Tristan is RF Test Solutions Calibration & Repair Laboratory Manager and is also an IANZ signatory for the facility.  He has a background in electronics, quality and calibration including several years in Agilent Technologies regional Calibration Laboratory in Melbourne.  He joined RF Test Solutions in 2005.

Narrissa is RF Test Solutions Office Administrator and looks after all things administration including phones, shipping and the company's e-commerce web site.  Prior to joining RF test Solutions in 2007, Narrissa has  extensive previous experience in customer service and administration.

Mike is a member of the RF Test Solutions sales team, joining the company in 2001.  He has over 25 years technical and sales experience with the military and a number of commercial instrumentation companies emigrating from South Africa in 1994.

Michael is a member of our sales team joining RF Test Solutions in January 2010.  He has over 30 years technical experience installing and maintaining telecommunications networks including HF radio, microwave radio bearers, fibre optic equipment, television bearers, data services and transmission networks.

Roger is a Senior Engineer and IANZ signatory in RF Test Solutions Calibration & Repair Laboratory.  He has over 25 years technical experience in the New Zealand electronics industry.  Roger joined the company in 2005 and specialises in component level repair and calibration of instrumentation.

Mike joined RF Test Solutions in 2010 as a Calibration and Repair engineer.  He makes up one of three Mike's and Michael's we have out of a staff of 9!  Having spent some time studying and travelling overseas, he most recently worked for UL, another IANZ accrediated ISO 17025 Calibration Laboratory in Christchurch.
