The Keysight 33622A is a 2 channel 120MHz Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with very low harmonic distortion, pulses up to 100MHz with <1ps jitter for more precise timing.  The internal DAQ's offer 1GSa/s sampling rate for higher time resolution arbitrary waveforms with 14-bit resolution and 1mVpp to 10Vpp amplitude for greater amplitude accuracy.  The unit offers 4 MSa/channel standard waveform memory, USB, LAN (LXI-Core), GPIB optional for quick and easy connectivity to PC or network
